Administration fees

• When a repayment cheque or pre-authorized debit is refused by a financial institution and returned to the Ministère, a $35 fee is added.
• When the Department files (registers) a certificate with the court, in order to secure its claim or to enforce a legal action, a $50 fee is added.
• When the Department enforces a legal action, a $175 fee is added.

Legal fees

All legal fees (court fees, bailiff, etc.) incurred by the Department to take legal action are added to the claim.
