The Ministère has agreements regarding the exchange of information with departments and agencies such as:
These agreements have been submitted to and approved by the Commission d’accès à l’information, which is responsible for applying the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information.
Under these agreements and in compliance with opinions issued by the Commission d’accès à l’information, the Ministère may obtain information about your income, property, vehicles, real estate and credit file, as well as about any amounts paid to you by other departments or agencies.
The information obtained by the MTESS is used for verification purposes. It does not have any impact on your obligation to provide all requested information and documents.
