Benefits unduly received must be repaid in full, either in a single lump sum or according to a repayment agreement reached with the Centre de Recouvrement.
The following methods of payment are available:
Pre-authorized debit mean that you don’t have to worry about cheques and overdue payments.
You can decide which day of the month the payment will be debited to your account.
Contact a recovery officer. You can then sign up for pre-authorized debit.
To change your agreement and take advantage of pre-authorized debit, contact a recovery officer.
To report any changes regarding your bank account, contact a recovery officer and fill out the Repayment by pre-authorized debit form.
To facilitate payment, the amount provided on your statement of account can be paid via a participating financial institution.

Use the tear-off portion of your account statement.
Contact a recovery officer and sign up for the electronic payment method of your choice.
Contact a recovery officer to change your agreement and make your payment.
Your payment must be made out to the Ministre des Finances and you must include your file number on your cheques or money orders. The file number, which includes four letters followed by eight numbers (e.g., ABCD12345678), is found on your statement of account or any other document issued by the Centre de recouvrement.
