Are you dissatisfied with a decision rendered by the ministère du Travail, de l'Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale or a service you received? You can file a complaint with the Direction des plaintes et des relations avec la clientèle.

How your complaint will be handled:

  • In accordance with our Statement of Services to Citizens, the Direction des plaintes et des relations avec la clientèle will send confirmation within 2 working days of receiving your complaint that it is being duly processed.
  • All complaints will be checked thoroughly to ensure that the decisions made regarding your file are well founded.
