Direction de l’amélioration de la qualité des services à la clientèle

Mandate

The mission of the Direction de l’amélioration de la qualité des services à la clientèle is to contribute to the ongoing improvement of services to citizens by:

  • handling complaints
  • processing applications for administrative reconsideration regarding employment measures and services, except those related to regulated vocational qualification
  • processing requests for financial assistance under the National Reconciliation Program for Duplessis Orphans Who Were Residents of Certain Institutions
  • compiling comments, opinions, observations and suggestions from its clientele
  • suggesting possible improvements to Ministère programs and measures.

The Direction de l’amélioration de la qualité des services à la clientèle is entirely separate from administrative units providing Ministère services.
