Direct access to employment and social solidarity services

The Centre de communication avec la clientèle (CCC) is a client call centre whose mission is to quickly answer all questions from the public on a variety of social solidarity services and to provide general information concerning the public employment services offered by Emploi-Québec. CCC assistance officers can also make certain changes to the files of last-resort financial assistance recipients (all operations are fully confidential).

You can contact the Centre to

  • Obtain general information about public employment services
  • Obtain information on the Social Assistance Program, the Social Solidarity Program and other programs linked to social solidarity services
  • Find out the status of your file
  • Get explanations concerning a notice of decision or claim
  • Receive help in completing a form
  • File a claim for special benefitsLink to external site., such as eyeglasses and dental prostheses
  • Obtain a copy of your relevé 5 slip for income tax purposes
  • Report a change in your circumstances, such as a move or new job
  • Find out your rights and obligations as a recipient
  • Obtain a form or folder
  • Cancel a direct deposit request
