The Centre de communication avec la clientèle answers requests for general information about public employment services and all questions related to social solidarity services.

CLEs offer an array of services, including reception, multiservice areas and financial assistance services.
Employment services are also available at most CLEs.

The Centre spécialisé des demandeurs d'asile, des garants défaillants et des parrainés provides services to persons seeking asylum, sponsored immigrants who are receiving social assistance and sponsors who do not respect their obligations under a sponsorship agreement.

Use the service to notify us of any changes in your situation or your family situation that could affect the amount of your benefits or your eligibility for financial assistance under a last-resort financial assistance program or the Aim for Employment Program.
The Voluntary Declaration Program provides you with a good faith opportunity to correct your situation. Have you failed to declare your actual situation? Did you submit an incorrect or incomplete statement? Under this Program, you can correct your situation and benefit from relief measures with respect to the consequences of your misrepresentations.
